The Verdani are an Elven race favored by the Earth element. After the Great Shattering, they were molded into a race that better represents the properties of earth by the Goddess of Earth herself, Tetherias. Verdani are naturally light on their feet, especially in the forest. They are very adept at hiding and sneaking among the trees and hills. They also fight better in that environment. In the opinion of the Verdani, they are the closest to the original Elven race. They feel that their close connection to nature makes them a "purer breed," and therefore superior to the other three Elven races. This elitist attitude has caused more than its share of conflict between them.
