Baninau Bay
Baninau Bay, named after its first Bolinau settlers, is a port city built over water across a vast network of piers and docks. A small landing along the shore connects it to the main island of Kaleith and its capitol city of Akhtiar. The shape of the natural bay resembles a horseshoe. Jagged peninsulas of rock stretch out as a border on either side. Several smaller coves are tucked away from plain view behind the rock formations. Day and night, the bay is filled with a collection of ships from all over Archai. Yet one would never find a ship commissioned by the Archai Trading Company within Baninau Bay due to the lawlessness of frequenting pirate ships and black market trades. The Bolinau are not considered to be judgmental people and are easily persuaded by the latest loot becoming available. The main hub of the harbor is a scattered floating market area where almost all trade is done via boats. The Baninau Market is not accessible by land and too crowded for anything larger than a raft or small boat. A few poorly constructed shops do business along the piers, but most prefer to sell their goods straight from their vessel. Some overly aggressive merchants make maneuvering to the docks and piers more difficult; one can never truly trust that their products were obtained in an honest way. In Baninau Bay, questions are rarely asked. Trade is trade. Items are generally bought and sold at true value.

Ice Sheets
Popular for its artic hunting, including a large population of caribou, the elusive artic fox, and giant albino crabs. Also home to the secluded Far Temple near the village of Nommos. Here a small community of Astraevan sylves and humans live amongst the Kalesians, living off what little the land has to provide in year round frigid temperatures.

Dakhma Bay
Also known as "The Knuckles", This icy bay gets its name from its skeletal appearance emerging from the water. Much of the bay is iced over for more than half the year. During the warmer months, smaller vessels will navigate the island-filled bay in search of shellfish as well as those who harvest byssus to weave it into what is more commonly known as sea silk.

Dwraer Glacier
Located in the Glacial Sea between the isles of Aerthane and Kaleith, the Dwraer Glacier is the largest glacier in all of Archai. While not a part of Kaleith, it is located off the northwestern coast between the Ice Sheets and Dakhma Bay. It’s total area is twice the size of the city of Pearl. Relatively stationary due to its immense size, it never thaws completely. Some years, in late Zephyrous when temperatures plunge, the waters surrounding the glaciers freeze into an icy bridge that connects the two isles. On these rare occasions, the Dwraer Tundra plays host to the celebration of the Winds of Change as Kalesians and Aerthanians alike come together to show their support for adventurers attempting to make the journey across the Glacial Sea. Crossing the Dwraer Tundra is a tradition in both cultures and considered a test of endurance for Kalesians.

Muirgen Wilderness
Much of central Kaleith is made up of dense forests that divide the northern ice sheets from Ahktiar and Baninau Bay to the south. The land is largely unpopulated, with only a few small pockets of gavials, vukasin, and argali living around lakes and swamps hidden within.
