- Physical Appearance - Gargoyles are leathery-winged beasts with demonic features such as a slightly protruding brow, an elongated snout, a pair of horns, claws, and a tail. They have a thick, rocky hide, but they are not made of stone as some lore would suggest. Though this hide offers them good protection, they may not survive as long as others due to poor blood circulation. A gargoyle's eyes range from blue to gray. As they age, their eye color begins to lose its brilliance as the blue slowly fades over years. The closer to steel grey their eyes become, the closer that gargoyle is to his or her death.
- Gargoyle Culture - They have the ability to fly at great speeds, but use their wings more for slowly gliding from the treetops, high ledges, and peaks. They have never been known to blindly serve any particular ideal or movement, but are willing to fight as long as the battle isn't of a political nature. Upon death, their thick hide and leathery wings harden as their body transforms into stone. When transforming to this state, a gargoyle will often use its last bit of strength to fly up to a lofty perch, taking in its last sunrise or sunset.
