Physical Appearance - The verdani are an elven race molded by Tetherias herself as a result of the Great Shattering to better embrace the properties of earth. They are the closest in resemblance to the original elf race. Their skin is a pale, earthy color. They have eyes ranging from green to brown and blonde or brown hair. Their postures are formal and their movements determined and sharp. They are naturally light on their feet and nimble, especially in the forest. Verdani Culture - In the opinion of the verdani, they are the most structured of the four elven races. Verdani society runs like a finely tuned instrument, with everyone knowing his or her role and performing without question. They feel that their close connection to nature makes them a purer breed, and therefore superior to the other three elven races. This elitist attitude has caused more than its share of conflict between them. Verdanic is their natural language, but if given the opportunity to assist with the transformation of a phasing dragon, that particular verdani will gain the ability to understand the Elven language and other elven secrets.
