Professions - Fire-mage, Cleric, Templar, Scout, Assassin, and Warrior. Religions - Pyrous Eye Color - Reddish Brown, Amber, Bright Red, Scarlet Red, Glowing Red, and Pitch Black. Hair Color - Light Gray, Dark Gray, Silvery Gray, Dull White, Glossy White, Dull Black, Glossy Black, and Reddish Black. Advantages - Natural resistance to fire. Native Language - Devalin
Physical Appearance - The Devalin are an Elven race that came into existence as a result of the Great Shattering that impacted all of Archai, crafted into Pyrous's image by the God of Fire himself. The Devalin are naturally resistant to fire, but this came at an unsightly cost. Their once supple, pale Elven skin was scorched and roughened during the process, leaving it an ashy gray. Now embers burn deep within them, typically giving their eyes a red glow, reflecting the fiery presence of Pyrous. Devalin Culture - Devalins are the least unified of the four severed elven races. They are constantly fighting amongst each other over what matters more; the destruction of something through fire or the rebirth that takes place as a result. Because of this, Devalins are more likely to side with non-Devalin followers of Pyrous than their own kind depending on where they stand in this very crucial debate. Devalin is their natural language, but if given the opportunity to assist with the transformation of a phasing Dragon, that particular Devalin will gain the ability to understand the Elven language and other Elven secrets.
